These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Arkalys Extensions websites (including account, portal, and billing areas), our Chrome extensions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Arkalys Extensions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The Service may include browsing our sites, creating an account, linking an extension installation to your account, purchasing subscriptions where offered, and using extension features described in each product. We may add, modify, or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, or compliance.
2. Accounts and access
Where accounts are offered, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service in violation of applicable law.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Do not disrupt Service availability or abuse infrastructure.
- Do not reverse engineer or recreate the Service except where legally permitted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARKALYS EXTENSIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS, OR (B) EUR 100, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Arkalys Extensions and its representatives from claims or losses resulting from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to competent French courts unless non-waivable law states otherwise.

We may revise these Terms. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
